This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to deliver possession of the surplus land out of the land measuring 1800 acres situated in village Rajasansi as per letter dated 01.11.2017 (P.10).

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy available to them, in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the abovesaid statement of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
