This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 21.02.2025 passed in CWP-4954-2025. 2.

A speaking order dated 27.05.2025 has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. A copy has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
