RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that parties have entered into an amicable settlement. First motion statement in a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has already been recorded. The present appeal has arisen out of the order dated 16.12.2021 vide which petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by the appellant was dismissed. In view of the aforesaid position, this appeal has become infructuous as the parties would proceed with a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act in accordance with law.
