Present second petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.37 dated 06.03.2023, under Sections 307 & 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Focal Point, District Ludhiana, Punjab.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.
