Dated Police Station Sections 17.05.2022 Lambi, District Shri 18(c) & 29 of NDPS Act Muktsar Sahib The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail. In paragraph 8 of the bail petition, it is disclosed that no case or FIR under Section NDPS Act is pending against the petitioner in all over India except the present case. On the contrary, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amar Singh and based on the status report submits that the petitioner had been convicted in FIR No. 93 dated 26.07.20003 under Section 15 of NDPS Act. Given above, the petitioner has not disclosed the criminal history; therefore, he is not entitled to bail especially when the allegations are of possessing commercial quantity.
The present petition is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
