-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.127 dated 13.6.2022 registered under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act and Section 420 IPC at Police Station City Sunam District Sangrur.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 28.6.2022 passed by this Court.

( 2 ) CRM-M-27540-2022 State counsel on instructions from ASI Sant Parkash has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and further submits that recovery of rice in question has already been made and the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 28.6.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
