6 The present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 30.07.2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, whereby the judgment and order dated 10.12.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana, convicting the petitioner under Sections 420 and 471 of the IPC and sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years and to pay a fine of ₹1,000/-, and in default of payment of fine, to further undergo simple imprisonment for one month, has been upheld.

In view of the aforesaid discussion, the judgment of the learned Appellate Court dated 30.07.2014 upholding the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 10.12.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana, is hereby set aside. Consequently, the petitioner is acquitted of all the charges framed against him.
