Aggrieved by the impugned order whereby the application u/s 319 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed, the complainant- petitioner has filed the present revision petition claiming that Kulwinder Singh and Gurpartap Singh be arrayed as additional accused to face trial along with Darshan Singh and others.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present revision petition, the trial stands concluded. In view of the said circumstances, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to avail any legal remedy, available to him, before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
