, J. (Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.376 dated 08.12.2024 under Sections 406, 420 IPC and 24 of Immigration Act, 1983 registered at Kalayat, District Kaithal.

There is no representation on behalf of petitioner despite the case called thrice.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Randhir Singh, states that petitioner has not joined the investigation. Keeping in view the fact that petitioner has not comply with the order of this Court dated 28.05.2025, the present petition is dismissed. ( )
