(ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the advertisement dated 28.12.2020 (Annexure P-4) for the post of Mid Level Health Provider-cum-Community Health Officers on contract basis.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner applied for the post in question and has secured 66 marks in written examination. He submits that grievance of the petitioner is that she has undergone six months course in community health but this certificate is not being considered by the respondent-department. They want specific certificate course as prescribed in the advertisement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on order/judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.1674 of 2021 decided on 15.07.2021 titled as "Rajeev Gaur and others Vs. State of Haryana and others". Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, even otherwise petitioner is also ready to give an undertaking with the application form. her grievance, petitioner submitted a representation dated 19.07.2021 (Annexure P-8), but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition. 4.

Learned State counsel, on advance service, joins proceedings and states that competent authority shall take appropriate decision on the pending representation dated 19.07.2021 (Annexure P-8). 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees that let a final decision be taken, by the competent authority on the pending representation dated 19.07.2021 (Annexure P-8) in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court passed in CWP No. 13304 of 2021 decided on 26.07.2021 titled as "Swati Rani and others Vs. State of Haryana and others". 6.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 19.07.2021 (Annexure P8) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court passed in CWP No.13304 of 2021 decided on 26.07.2021 titled as "Swati Rani and others Vs. State of Haryana and others". 8.

Let the needful be done within a period of 01 month from today. 9.

Disposed of accordingly.
