The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.63 dated 08.03.2024 under Section 379 IPC registered at Police Station Badli, District Jhajjar.

On the last date of hearing i.e. on 21.05.2024 while noticing the following submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court had granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner and asked her to join investigation: "Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the false implication of the petitioner is evident from the fact that there was no eye witness to the alleged crime i.e. theft of 14 goats as it was the case of the complainant himself that he had heard about the theft having been committed by the petitioner from his own sources coupled SONIA BURA 2024.07.09 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner in compliance of order dated 21.05.2024 has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Satish, has not disputed the submission made by the counsel opposite. He on further instructions submits that the petitioner is not required for further interrogation.

In view of the above, present petition is allowed and interim order dated 21.05.2024 is made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged in Section 438(2) Cr.PC.
