This petition u/s 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.33 dated 14.04.2024, u/s 15/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act was added later on), P.S. Dirba, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1). 2.

Custody certificate of the petitioner has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record.

Learned State counsel on instructions received from ASI Rawal Singh informs that the investigation in the present case is under progress. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
