This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of FIR No.63 dated 9.3.2026 under Sections 406, 420, 447 and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage with liberty to file afresh after filing of challan/ charge-sheet, in case occasion so arises. 3.
