Challenge in the present criminal revision petition is to the order dated 4.7.2015, passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Ludhiana, whereby the application moved by the petitioner for release of his Maruti-Zen car, bearing Registration No. HR-51-Q-3010, on Superdari, was dismissed. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Bhupinder Singh of Police Station, Division No. 7, Ludhiana, very fairly concedes that the petitioner is the registered owner of the PRASHANT KAPOOR 2016.02.24 18:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRR-2570-2015 above-stated Maruti-Zen car and that the trial is going on and, as such, he has no objection if the said vehicle is ordered to be released on Superdari, to the petitioner.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the impugned order, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that during pendency of the trial, MarutiZen car, bearing Registration No. HR-51-Q-3010, shall be released on Superdari in favour of the petitioner, subject to his furnishing Sapurdginama to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court.
