**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this third petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.349 dated 16.09.2019, registered at Police Station Dadri Sadar, District Charkhi Dadri, under Sections 365, 395, 379-A, 34 and 342.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his argument that the petitioner will be satisfied, if the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a stipulated time. Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The FIR in the present case was registered on 16.09.2019. This Court is conscious of the fact that the petitioner is facing 3 more FIRs.
