The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 19.03.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kaithal, whereby the application filed by the petitioner for amendment in the affidavit of assets and liabilities under Section 12 read with Sections 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, has been dismissed.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
