******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 571 dated 10.10.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Narnaund, District Hissar. Heard.
Learned counsel appearing for complainant-respondent no. 2 submits that the matter has since been compromised with the petitioner. In view of above but without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner-Arun Dalal is directed to surrender before the police and join investigation within a week. In the event of his arrest being required, he shall be released, on bail on his furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer, subject to the following terms:- Jitender Kumar 2017.01.20 16:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-69 of 2017 -2- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
