Learned counsel for the parties submit that during the pendency of this petition, the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 18.06.2016. In terms of the said settlement, which is available on the file of this case, two FDRs of `2,50,000/- each in favour of the minor children of the parties have been handed over to respondent No.1, who is present in Court today. She is duly identified by her counsel. The entire settled amount, it is informed, has already been handed over to the respondent No.1. Petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, it is submitted, has since been decreed. Mr. Jolly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement, he has instructions to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
