*** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.94 dated 06.11.2017, under Sections 452, 323, 427, 447, 506 and 34 IPC, Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 01.12.2018 of this Court, parties appeared before the trial Court on 11.01.2019 for recording their statements. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nabha, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.24 dated 16.01.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Patiala, vide letter bearing No.480 dated 19.01.2019.

CRM-M-52981 of 2018 --2-- According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nabha, is satisfied that there is no pressure or coercion on both parties for entering into compromise and the same is purely voluntary. In compliance of order dated 25.02.2019, original receipts regarding deposit of costs of `15,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nabha, dated 16.01.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.94 dated 06.11.2017 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.

Disposed of accordingly.
