Prayer made in the present petition for directing the respondents to implement the recommendations made by the LokPal, Punjab, to appoint the petitioner as Inspector Audit but her claim for appointment as such was rejected on 02.06.2010, might not, due to efflux of time, even be surviving. 2.

Learned State counsel, on the other hand, refers to para 1 and 2 of the preliminary submissions of the counter affidavit dated 12.11.2010 filed by Secretary, Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board, Chandigarh, to which there was no counter filed, wherein it has been stated that the last candidate had secured 61.5 marks whereas the petitioner has 61 and being below in merit was not in the zone of selection and that this Court in CWP-12127-2009 titled as Harvinderpal Singh vs. State of Punjab had accepted the decision taken in the meeting dated 15.12.2009 under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary, Punjab, Annexure R-1, whereupon the said writ petition was withdrawn by the petitioner on 12.10.2010. 3.
