Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 81 dated 30.04.2019, registered under Section(s) 380 & 457 IPC at Police Station City South, Moga. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that pleas taken by the complainant are contradictory because on one side, as per complainant, petitioner was not allowed to enter the house and the contradictory plea that petitioner had seen the complainant putting the jewellery articles in the bag, which was subsequently stolen. At any rate, there are specific allegations against the petitioner, who was working with the complainant and the matter requires intensive investigation. As such, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed.
