(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case, arising from FIR No.26 dated 19.03.2019, registered under Sections 308, 323, 506 and 341 IPC, Police Station Division No.2, District Pathankot. According to the prosecution, the petitioner gave total six iron blows to the complainant, out of which, two were on his head. Heard.

At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that he has no objection in granting the regular bail to the petitioner in view of compromise arrived at in between the petitioner and respondent No.2.

Considering overall facts and circumstances, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Consequently, petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail till conclusion of trial, on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned. Disposed of.
