(Oral) This revision has been filed against concurrent conviction of the petitioners for the commission of offence under Sections 353/332/186/506 read with Section 34 IPC. The sentence awarded is as under:- Under Section Sentence imposed In default of payment of fine 353/34 IPC SI for six months with fine of Rs. 500/- SI for 15 days 332/34 IPC SI for six months one year with fine of Rs. 1000/- SI for one month 186/34 IPC SI for one month with fine of Rs. 200/- SI for 7 days 506/34 IPC SI for three months with fine of Rs. 500/- SI for 15 days All the sentences were ordered to run concurrently. CRR-2622-2015(O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that he does not dispute this revision on merits but prays that some leniency be shown in the sentence since petitioner Vicky has old parents and petitioner Ranjeet has two minor children to look after and support. Learned AAG has argued that keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioners and the fact that they are not habitual offenders, he has no objection if some leniency is shown in sentence. Keeping in view the above arguments of learned counsel and the fact that the petitioners are in custody since July, 2015, I deem it appropriate to reduce their sentence from one year to six months. Ordered accordingly.

Petition stands disposed of.

Since the main case has been decided, the Criminal Misc. Application, if any, also stands disposed of. (AJAY TEWARI) JUDGE November 03, 2015 sunita SUNITA NAGPAL 2015.11.04 16:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity y of this document Chandigarh
