Mr. Hoshiar Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner. * * * RITU BAHRI, J (ORAL) The marriage of the petitioner and Ajay Kumar (now deceased) was solemnized on 27.04.2016. The husband of the petitioner was working as Chownkidar in Railway on compassionate grounds. The petitioner separated from her husband and filed a complaint on 04.06.2016. Her husband expired on 08.09.2016.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner has filed number of complaints and representation which are pending consideration before the police with regard to the fact that now the petitioner is receiving threatening calls from respondent No. 4 to give NOC for getting job on place of her husband.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

At this stage, no ground is made out for giving direction to the police to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondent No. 4, as complaints are already pending with the police. Dismissed.
