This Court has gone through the paper-book. The petitioner herein is the respondent's husband. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, has held that the petitioner is liable to pay the maintenance pendente lite @ ₹ 7,000/- per month. Challenging the correctness of the aforesaid order, this revision petition has been filed. 4.

As pleaded in the petition, a female child was born out of the wedlock. The amount of ₹7,000/- has already been fixed as the maintenance pendente lite. In these days, the amount cannot be said to be excessive. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
