Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the progress, which has been brought to the notice of the petitioner as well as the statement recorded of the private respondents, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail an appropriate remedy with respect to her grievance that her mother might have been abducted by anyone including the person, to whom the mother of the petitioner had made the last call namely, Ajay Kumar.
