RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No.18, dated 25.01.2019, under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station City Faridkot, District Faridkot, as well as all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court and hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
