Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that it is on the disclosure statements of co-accused Jaspreet Singh @ Jassa and Beant Kaur who stand arrested, names of the petitioners surfaced being involved in FIR No.0089 dated 01.04.2026 with regard to the child trafficking, in view of which, their learned counsel does not press the present petition to avail of alternate remedy that may be available to them, in accordance with law. 2.
