Through this writ petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 17.08.2020, transferring the petitioner from Ambala to Karnal. Mr. Harsh Vardhan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, has stated that the impugned order has been rendered infructous as the order of transfer has already been withdrawn. It has been noticed that the petitioner is to superannuate from the service on 28.02.2021. Hence, it is expected that the petitioner shall not be disturbed till the date of his superannuation. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
