In view of the above, it is apparent that the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the legal representatives of the appellant to seek revival of the appeal, subject to limitation, upon showing sufficient cause.
