(ORAL) At the me of filing of the present peon, the charges were not framed but given the absence of stay, the trial Court proceeded further and framed charges. At this stage, counsel for the peoner submits that the revision peon has been filed challenging the charges. He seeks permission to withdraw the present peon. Given above, the present peon is disposed of having been withdrawn. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of the present peon shall not come in the way while considering the criminal revision peon challenging the framing of charges.
