***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the "Grade-C" Sports Certificate dated 10.08.2020 (P-6) being issued by the Sports Authority, which is according to the Haryana Govt. Notification dated 15.11.2018 (Annexure P-10) for selection to the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) against Advertisement No.10/2019.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
