*** This Criminal Revision is directed against the judgment dated 5.3.2015 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur vide which the judgment of acquittal passed by the trial Court was upheld and appeal filed against the said judgment and order dated 23.12.2013 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hoshiarpur was dismissed. I have gone through the impugned judgments passed by the Courts below and I find that both the judgments are well reasoned, based upon proper appraisal and appreciation of evidence and correct interpretation of law. There is no illegality or infirmity there with much less apparent on the face of such judgments. Thus there is no ground to interfere with such judgments by exercising revisional jurisdiction. Therefore, The Criminal Revision stands dismissed.
