**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct a fair investigation in case FIR No. 156 dated 19.6.2019 registered under Sections 376, 506 IPC at Police Station City Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the application of the petitioner, the present FIR was registered against respondent No. 6Constable Harkrishan Singh and his anticipatory bail application was also dismissed by this Court vide order dated 23.7.2019. Learned counsel further states that no action has been taken against respondent No. 6 as he is in the police force and is giving constant threats to the petitioner. It is further submitted that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has moved a representation dated 28.7.2020 but no action has been taken on the said representation so far.

Keeping in view the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Inspector General of Police, Bathinda Range, Bathinda-respondent No. 3 to decide the representation (Annexure P-5), moved by the petitioner, within one month after receiving the copy of the order, in accordance with law.
