(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that he is not being paid the regular salary and other emoluments, which are being paid to other similarly situated employees, who are also regularized in the year 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are liable to be directed to grant the petitioner the pay, which is being paid to the similarly situated employees. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief, which is being claimed in the present writ petition, petitioner has already filed a representation dated 13.07.2020 (Annexure P-5), which is still NARESH KUMAR 2021.08.03 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and raises no objection with regard to prayer of the petitioner for deciding the representation dated 13.07.2020 (Annexure P-5) by respondent No.2 in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner in representation dated 13.07.2020 (Annexure P-5), respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation dated 13.07.2020 (Annexure P-5) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
