(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner No. 1-Kamrun Khatun, in case FIR No. 455 dated 16.09.2018 registered under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 (Section 406 read with Section 34 IPC added lateron) at Police Station Faridabad Kotwali, District Faridabad, Haryana.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner No. 1 has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 30.11.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
