(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 14.08.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Lohian, District Jalandhar; Sanad Takseem dated 24.09.2018 (Annexure P-2); order dated 07.02.2020 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Collector, Shahkot and order dated 27.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab and all other consequential proceedings arising out of the partition application given by respondents No.1 and 2. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the HIMANI GUPTA 2025.08.07 10:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
