**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed for issuance of directions to the respondents to release 2nd and 3rd ACP grades to the petitioners, in terms of Rule 7 read with Note-4 under Rule 8 of the Haryana Civil Services (ACP) Rules, 2016, along with all the consequential benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioners relies upon the order dated 29.07.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP13150-2022 titled as 'Gulshan Kumar and Others Vs State of Haryana and another'.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already served a legal notice dated 05.09.2022 (Annexure P-7) upon the official respondents, but no action has been taken on the same. It is further submitted that the petitioners will be satisfied in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.2Director, Elementary Education, Haryana to decide the said legal notice. On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed.
