(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for transfer of investigation of case FIR No. 50 dated 11.06.2013 under Section 302 IPC at Police Station GRP, Patiala, to CBI, for conducting proper and fair investigation. Learned State counsel submits that thrice cancellation report has been filed in this case and now, final cancellation report has been accepted on 03.01.2020 by the Court of Sh. Paramjit Grewal, Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dera Bassi, after due protest of the petitioner.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. Ordered accordingly.
