Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.197 dated 21.04.2020, under Sections 307, 120-B and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (for short, 'IPC') (Offence under Sections 302 & 212 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, were added and Section 307 & 323 IPC were deleted later on) registered at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
