**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Present writ petition was filed on 16.06.2022 with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation for appointment of the Election Officer/Administrator for deciding the issue with regard to membership, collegium, geographical collegium and for conduct of fair and impartial election. The election process has already been started and 15.07.2022 is the last date for sending the duly filled representative form by the Arya Samaj affiliated to Arya Pratinidhi Sabha/respondent No.6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record MOHMED ATIK 2022.07.05 12:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-13873-2022  a copy of order dated 01.07.2022 to submit that the District Registrar of Societies, Rohtak has appointed Sh. Dayanand Chiller, Retd. Supdt. Department of Social Welfare, Govt. of NCT Delhi as observer till the completion of election process of Governing Body of Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner has agreed that with the passing of the aforesaid order, this writ petition has rendered infructuous.

Learned State counsel also does not dispute the factum of passing of the aforesaid order.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
