(Oral) This is the second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 0005, dated 19.02.2021, registered under Sections 365, 376, 506, 384 of IPC and Sections 66(E), 67 of the IT Act, lodged at Police Station Women, District Mewat, Haryana.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the case file, no ground is made out to extend the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as no material change in circumstances has been brought to the notice of this Court subsequent to the dismissal of his first petition for anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. on 28.07.2021. Petition stands dismissed.
