Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.64 dated 10.07.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22(b) of NDPS Act (later challan presented under Section 22C of NDPS Act) at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks to withdraw the present petition.
