The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.137 dated 12.4.2019 under Sections 376, 354-D, 452 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Chandhut, Palwal, on the basis of compromise.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner for the last three dates, i.e., 24.5.2022, 27.10.2022 and 20.1.2023. Even today, none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
