He submits that after investigation, a cancellation report had been filed before the competent Court, and the prayer made in the present petition for issuance of directions to file a final report in case FIR No.222 dated 26.10.2016 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Derabassi, District SAS Nagar, Mohali is rendered infructuous.
