Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 12.09.2025, a speaking order dated 10.04.2026 has been passed. The same is taken on record as Mark A. A copy of the same has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The relevant portion of the order dated 10.04.2026 has been highlighted during the course of arguments, which is reproduced hereinbelow:- ".... A case regarding illegal occupation of government street by Jaswinder Singh alias Duni has been filed by Gram Panchayat Patran under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act through a resolution dated 05-01-2026 in the Court of Collector (Panchayat Land)/DDPO Patiala.

Therefore, the Collector (Panchayat Land) DDPO Patiala is duty DAVINDER KUMAR 2026.04.24 13:32 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment

COCP-1921-2026 bound to decide the case of illegal occupation of the street by Jaswinder Singh alias Dooni resident of Patran. Along with this, through these orders, the Gram Panchayat Patran and the concerned Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Patran are instructed to ensure that the above case filed by the Gram Panchayat is zealously pursued The compliance of the order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court Civil Writ Petition No.27202 of 2025 titled Harbhagwan vs. State of Punjab has been made by passing this speaking order.
