***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to take appropriate action against respondent No.6 in terms of Sections 51 and 175 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the instant writ petition; accordingly, he may be permitted to do so.
