Amol Rattan Singh, J Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Balwinder Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and since recovery already has been made on the date that the FIR was registered, and no other criminal case is registered against the petitioner, presently atleast his custodial interrogation is not required. Consequently, this petition is disposed of. The order dated May 27, 2019 is made absolute, on the same terms and conditions. He shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
