***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of notice/letter dated 20.12.2019 (P-5) issued by respondent No.3, whereby the registration number of the petitioner has been cancelled. Again there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. On the previous occasion also, none appeared in this case. Even the order dated 03.09.2020 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench has not been complied. In view of the above, it seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition. Consequently, this Court has no option except to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
