This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS read as Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking directions to official respondents No. 1 to 4 to carry out their lawful obligation by registering a case against the accused persons as mentioned in complaint/representation dated 13.03.2026 with a further prayer to decide representation (Annexure P-4 and P-5) submitted to official respondents specifically to respondent No. 3 which have been allotted the complaint NO. 550-PTM dated 31.03.2026 and complaint No. 25-5BH dated 13.03.2026-UIC No. 774837 in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 24.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar City but no action has been taken so far. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar City to consider and decide the representation dated 24.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
